1 July: Book your transport now

23 Jun 2017

Join PCS and the People’s Assembly in London on Saturday 1 July to say no to austerity and no to the cuts

PCS is encouraging members to support the anti-austerity demonstration in London on 1 July.

How to get there

PCS regional and national offices are organising transport, depending on demand.

We are hoping to provide coaches from some towns and cities including Liverpool, BlackpoolBristol, Exeter, Plymouth, Birmingham and Nottingham, but this will depend on numbers. You may be offered transport by train, so make sure you have the details of your nearest train station and any railcards you hold.

For more information and to book a place, contact your local PCS office as soon as possible and no later than Tuesday 27 June.

Transport is also being arranged from across the country by People’s Assembly groups and in some areas (including Wales) PCS may pay for your place on their coaches. The People’s Assembly website is being regularly updated with transport details.

If you travel to the event independently without notifying us and try to claim expenses afterwards, we may not be able to pay your claim.
